Quality Inn & Suites Fife Seattle

I have stayed at my fair share of hotels over the years. Yeah, there may be some some minor cosmetic issues, but overall customer service has been some of the best customer service I've ever had when dealing with hotels even the high dollar resort and luxury hotels. Jamie, Sadie, Haley, Cynthia, the manager Gabby. Thank you all so much!!! To the owner, you have one hell of a team, make sure you take care of them.

My room has a jacuzzi in it. It was pretty old, but it was SUPER CLEAN. The whole room was super clean shower curtain had no stains the towels the sheets the blankets everything was super duper clean and the staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay waffles were great eggs were kind of yucky other than that wonderful five stars for being what it is where it is

I have been staying here for a long time and miss Cindy the manager. She was a dedicated and thoughtful lady. But the new staff does a great job. Always busy and polite. The room are well kept and I have probably stayed in almost every room there at least once. Just a bunch of great people that turn it from a great place to stay into an awesome place to stay. Thank you to all the staff

I stayed here when my truck broke down and Sadie was very helpful very friendly and took care of me very quickly and got me in a room for the night! I would stay here again! All staff was very friendly very budget friendly

I was having a really unpleasant day before arriving and feeling just pissy all around. My room was pretty much what you expect along the side of the highway. But what really turned my day around was the customer service I received from the front desk and maintenance. When I got into my room and went to use the bathroom the fan sounded like it was falling apart and hitting something. There was no way that was going to drive me to shoot someone. But Jamie at the front desk got ahold of maintenance and had it fixed in no time. She also told me about the great teriyaki place by the Wendy's. Thanks again Jamie !

I gave a 5 star rating because the room for the price was great. A lot of the negative reviews I found unwarranted. I got the hot tub room which I loved. Water was extremely hot and tub was clean, none of the crud that tends to surface after the jets come on. I am a Commercial driver I found truck parking easy convenient with night time security. Jamie at the front desk was friendly and personable. Of course it's not a 5star motel I could have taken pictures of some caulking in the bathroom that was cracked or a cigarette burn in the bedspread but that did nothing to diminish my experience. Rooms were warm and clean. Bed was a little outdated however I am happy I did not let prior reviews deter me.

Since my family have been here, It has been nothing but pleasant Gabriel & her team Jamie, Sadie, the young lady at night don't know her name the front desk workers have all been amazing, from the breakfast attendants I can only remember Esther name so funny and sweet always snacking on something, the other older Hispanic lady has always been so kind and sweet you walk into breakfast and she's just all smiles the housekeeping & maintenance, Victor I only remember his name just from hearing Gabriel or Jamie calling on their walkie talkie, he's always so happy and singing while he works, bless his heart & he always says " Have a good day " they really do a amazing job and keep the place clean the rooms are well kept, clean & sanitized they all work so hard to make sure the rooms are clean & presentableyou see the guys out cleaning & scrubbing the sidewalks and trash cans, this place is more well kept than any other hotel/Inn etc we've ever been to, you walk through the door & your immediately greeted with " Welcome In how can I help you"! As a customer that's a plus your first encounter with the front desk with the place and their welcoming is something you don't forget, they are located right across from the EQC casino there are other restaurants and little stores nearby by if your traveling from out of town. Highly recommend this place for your stay they also have security on the premises I believe at night you see them walking around the property. The owner sometimes will stop by you can't help but notice him he quietly stands to the corner at the front desk or walking around checking things out or filling up the vending machines working on something on his property Thank you sir for your Amazing team and Awesome employees my family will forever be grateful for the kindness and hospitality that we've received since our stay here, special thank yous to Gabriel and Jamie for all your help with our reservation and booking of our room so if your looking for your next stay in Fife Wa Quality Inn Fife is the place to book your next stay trust me I've been to the others hotel/Inn/Motel in the area and Quality Inn is the BEST ONE!!!!

I’ve been staying here a week and overall have had a good experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff has consistently been friendly and professional. (Jamie deserves a raise!) My room was clean when I arrived and I haven’t had any issues with cleanliness during my stay. The water gets nice and hot, which I definitely appreciate and I really like that each room has its own private exterior entrance rather than being off an interior hallway. Everything in the room has worked as it should. The microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker were all in good working order. There’s also a coin-operated laundry room on site with two washers and two dryers (around $3.50 per wash), which is especially helpful for longer stays. There is a fitness center, but I didn’t use it. No pool. Breakfast has been a highlight: they offer hot items like eggs and sausage along with continental options and good hot coffee. The hotel is located on a busy main road, so there is steady traffic noise. It’s noticeable but not overwhelming. There’s also a grocery store and a casino across the street, which can be convenient. Easy access to freeway. During my stay, there has been some activity in the parking lot and around the exterior areas that may not appeal to everyone. At times, a few guests have been disruptive, and there have been occasional disturbances outside. I did contact the front desk early on and to their credit, the staff responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. They’ve clearly made efforts to address issues as they arise. Overall, the property itself is well run, the amenities are solid and the staff has been excellent. While there have been a few disturbances, my room has been comfortable and reliable and I would consider staying here again.
